Refund policy
- Cancellation by Participants
- Cancellations Within 24 hours of Purchase: Participants are eligible for a full refund (It's only 1 hour for Boca Raton and Broward County Classes). Expected processing timeline may 1-28 days. To cancel within 24 hours, please send an email to support@craftforart.com.
- After 24 hours, refunds are not available after 24 hours of purchase. However, participants may choose from the following options:
- Store credit for the purchase amount.
- A gift card equivalent to the purchase value.
- A homekit of equal product.
- Reschedule to another event, subject to availability.
Physical products and shipping

There is a right to cancel within the first 24 hours after the order if it has not been shipped yet.
If it has been shipped, it cannot be canceled after the shipping time.
No-Show Policy
- If a participant does not attend the event without prior notice until 12 hours before the event time, they forfeit all options listed above (store credit, gift card, home kit, or rescheduling).
Cancellation by Organizers
- In the event of a cancellation by us, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another date.
Homekit Orders
- Homekit orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped. You have the right to cancel until the order is shipped.
- If you receive a damaged product, we will send you a new one. In this case, please make a report.
